Job Description:The incumbent is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, encompassing the following duties: monitoring organizational vacancies and ensuring timely and effective fulfillment within established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for vacancy rate, time-to-hire, and candidate quality; screening and classifying incoming resumes from diverse sources based on specialization and experience; providing comprehensive information and assistance to internal departments, employees, applicants, administrators, and staff regarding recruitment processes, probationary periods, and transfers; screening resumes to identify qualified candidates and preparing shortlists for staff-level positions; coordinating and scheduling meetings, employee programs, and events in accordance with departmental requirements; conducting initial interviews and preparing shortlisted candidates for subsequent assessments for managerial roles, as well as scheduling interviews between shortlisted candidates and line managers; performing other related duties as assigned; assisting in the preparation for and participation in employment fairs, including follow-up on promotional materials; advising the organization on participation in targeted employment fairs, attending said fairs, and representing the company by providing applicants with information on the company, current vacancies, and potential career paths; managing all recruitment-related reports; developing and regularly updating job descriptions to reflect changes in grade, reporting structure, and job enrichment; and maintaining a current and easily searchable curriculum vitae (CV) database.
Skills:
- From 5 to 7 years of experience in recruitment.
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office.
- Very good English language
