Job Description:**Senior Surveyor/Civil/Asphalt/Infrastructure Inspector: Position Overview**

This position entails comprehensive oversight of all civil engineering facets of the project, ensuring adherence to established standards and regulations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the meticulous review and management of work modifications to minimize potential temporal and budgetary ramifications. Collaboration with fellow inspectors and project engineers is paramount to provide necessary support and guidance. Close coordination with the Structural Inspector is required to identify and rectify any discrepancies that may compromise the integrity or functionality of structural/civil elements. The incumbent will conduct thorough inspections of works pertinent to their project segment, maintain consistent communication with the Contractor’s Quality Control personnel, and proactively expedite No Objection Certificates (NOCs) and inspection team approvals to prevent project delays. Accurate maintenance of registers for all submittals and testing procedures, both on- and off-site, is essential, alongside comprehensive site record-keeping, including daily site diaries in the designated format, and formal monthly progress photography. The Senior Surveyor will generate progress reports and documentation related to quality control and administrative oversight. Furthermore, the incumbent is expected to be thoroughly conversant with Hill International’s Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health policies, manuals, and procedures, and to ensure continuous compliance. Additional duties may be assigned by the line manager/supervisor.

**Required Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:**

A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience as a Civil Inspector, demonstrating a thorough understanding of applicable standards and regulations, as well as a robust knowledge of technical challenges associated with mechanical construction activities.
