Senior Solution Architect Manager

As a Senior Solution Architect Manager, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and managing the data architecture, which includes data sources, data movement, transformations, and storage.

You will ensure that all data within the organization is easily accessible, viable, and properly protected.
Job Responsibilities
Design and implement high-performance data solutions that integrate technical functionality, including Big Data, Relational, No-SQL, and OLAP.
Provide technical thought leadership on High-Level Architecture and Design, data modeling, and Big Data strategy.
Ensure the data architecture is scalable to handle increasing demands.
Lead the architecture, design, and development of our business intelligence platform.
Collaborate with the Application Development team to analyze, identify, and design processes for data sourcing.
Identify areas for improvement in current systems and define technical principles, vision, and standards for the data warehouse.
Document and articulate the relationship between business goals and IT solutions.
Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical staff.
