The incumbent is responsible for the comprehensive coordination and execution of software quality assurance activities throughout the project lifecycle, encompassing the development and implementation of testing plans, test cases, and issue tracking. This role involves active participation in daily stand-up meetings to facilitate sprint completion, proactively address impediments, and provide technical mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best technical practices. The incumbent is expected to comprehend analysis and architecture models to facilitate robust test case development, participate in team member recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluation, and oversee the execution of test cases, meticulous issue reporting, and resolution follow-up. Furthermore, the incumbent is responsible for the creation of project estimates and schedules and assists in the evaluation and integration of new technologies, as well as technical backlog prioritization, planning, and communication.
