**Senior Software Engineer – Agentic AI Platform**

Sully.ai is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to spearhead the architectural design and scaling of our platform-level agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in full-stack engineering principles, coupled with specialized expertise in Large Language Model (LLM)-powered applications. This role entails the design, implementation, and optimization of core components across frontend, backend, and model integrations, while collaboratively shaping engineering direction with our co-founders. The successful applicant will directly contribute to ensuring the reliability, speed, and cohesion of Sully.ai’s multi-agent ecosystem.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Architect and implement cross-agent systems to power core Sully.ai experiences.
* Develop and scale full-stack product components utilizing TypeScript/React and Python services.
* Integrate LLMs into production workflows, establishing robust contracts, observability, and comprehensive test coverage.
* Develop shared UI components and typed SDKs to facilitate unified cross-agent experiences.
* Provide engineering leadership in collaboration with founders and cross-functional teams.

**Essential Qualifications:**

* Senior-level expertise in full-stack development, encompassing React, TypeScript, and Python.
* Demonstrated ability to design, deploy, and scale LLM-powered applications.
* Proficiency in API design, streaming technologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
* Documented history of building reliable systems with quantifiable performance metrics and error budgets.

**Desired Qualifications:**

* Experience with WebRTC or audio-aware UI design principles.
* Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks.
* Proven ability to develop design tokens, SDKs, or cross-agent platforms.

**Initial Objectives (First Month):**

* Conduct a comprehensive audit of existing cross-agent flows to identify areas for UI/UX improvement.
* Implement shared components and typed contracts to enhance system reliability.
* Establish comprehensive instrumentation for frontend performance monitoring and model round-trip tracing.

**Success Metrics (90 Days):**

* Deliver fully tested, production-ready agentic workflows with error rates below 5%.
* Launch a cross-agent design system and SDK adopted by a minimum of two internal teams.
* Establish a weekly “deploy and measure” cadence, incorporating performance metrics and error budgets.
