Job Description
The role of the Senior Software Engineer will require strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, fluency in coding, good communication skills, and most of all enthusiasm for tackling the complex problems of scale to solve for unique and emerging business problems. You will be a contributor in designing and developing new feature sets for our in store and enterprise initiatives as well as team lead and mentor. Expect rapid, iterative development with an evolving market while having fun in the process. We are constantly expanding our technology portfolio including desktop, web, and mobile development providing a wide range of growth and knowledge opportunities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, implement, and maintain a variety of systems
- Research and respond to support incidents from our helpdesk
- Maintain good relationships with customers, liaising with other employees during the incident process to ensure that they are kept informed of progress and relieve any stress or concern caused by support issues
- Carry out any other duties as reasonably requested by your manager

- OOP Programming Concepts
- Strong understanding of memory management with pointers
- Microsoft, Android, iOS Operating Systems and Internet Fundamentals
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced Computer skills with a strong interest in IT (hardware, networks, MS Windows, Microsoft Office, Print Setup…)
- Strong verbal communication skills, able to tailor communication so that it is clear and easy to understand
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player, able to work as part of multi-disciplinary teams
