Senior Software Business Analyst – On-site

Requirements Analysis & Documentation

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Conduct in-depth research on client needs, market trends, and industry practices to guide product development.
• Translate business needs into actionable functional specifications, user stories, and workflows.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Build strong relationships with clients, product managers, and developers to align on priorities.
• Facilitate seamless communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Solution Design & Documentation

• Partner with development teams to design innovative and efficient software solutions.
• Create clear, comprehensive technical documentation, including workflows, data models, and use cases.

Quality Assurance & Testing

• Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and perform functional testing.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to ensure continuous product improvement.

Agile Project Management

• Participate in project planning, estimation, and prioritization activities.
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of solutions.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a product-based software development environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Azure).
• Experience writing SQL queries.
• Familiarity with software development technologies and frameworks.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality deliverables.
