This position is responsible for overseeing employees, ensuring quality, meeting quantity targets, adhering to deadlines, and managing costs within established guidelines. The role involves supporting the development and implementation of Eaton Business Systems (EBS), ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, and 22301 standards. Key responsibilities include:

* Monitoring compliance with safety regulations and Eaton’s environmental and safety protocols.
* Training new operators and providing support for machine problem-solving and repairs.
* Optimizing and continuously improving processes in collaboration with relevant departments.
* Ensuring production quality and adherence to Eaton’s business system requirements.
* Contributing to the optimization of production processes using lean methodologies.
* Coordinating with Supply Chain Management (SCM) interfaces for raw materials and shipping.
* Personnel management and leadership, including work allocation and employee instruction.
* Active participation in project teams and leading/participating in Tier meetings.
* Monitoring and supporting department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to safety, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and quality.
* Managing spare parts and maintenance activities.
* Initiating escalation processes as needed.
* Overseeing waste management and proper material separation.

**Qualifications:**

* Technical education with mechanical certifications preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
* Proficiency in operating cam-controlled machines (Bihler preferred; Wafios, Finzer).
* Basic technical understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
* Experience in metal stamping, bending, welding, and assembly.
* Experience with automated systems and machines.
* Proficiency in MS-Office and SAP (or other ERP systems).
* Demonstrated leadership skills, teamwork ability, and a high level of motivation.

**Additional Requirements:**

* Flexibility to travel internationally is required.
* Successful candidates will participate in a 6-month training program in Europe.
