Senior Scheduling/ Planning Engineer (Asset Integrity) Job DescriptionPenspen www.penspen.com are looking for a Senior Scheduling/Planning Engineer (Onshore/Offshore)The role is accountable for the management of the project controls team deployed on various projects. Project control support is given to Project Management team who acts on behalf of the client (Khafji Joint Operations, KJO) and delivers the program of projects.The primary location is outside KSA (TBC), you may be required to work in Al Khafji, KSA.Knowledge / Experience (Skills)At least ten (10) years of experience of which at least six (6) years in direct involvement in project management, planning, scheduling, cost estimation, cost and budget control, procurement tracking and monitoring / forecasting of engineering and construction activities for major oil and gas projects. PMC experience at similar role for at least several years is preferable.Working knowledge of various contracting types and strategies related to project execution.Prior experience in schedule and cost benchmarking of oil and gas upstream projects.Computer literate with all MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel proficient.
