“We are seeking a Senior SAP Coordinator to manage the deployment, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP applications within the organization. This individual will serve as the principal liaison between SAP end-users across departments and the SAP consultants responsible for technical support and implementation.
The successful candidate will possess demonstrable experience in SAP environments, preferably within a manufacturing entity, and the capacity to translate business requirements into effective system solutions. Responsibilities include elucidating user needs, recommending optimal solutions, coordinating implementation efforts, and ensuring successful delivery. The role also entails oversight of SAP-related infrastructure, including backup validation, data integrity maintenance, and user authorization management. The Senior SAP Coordinator will be instrumental in optimizing SAP systems to improve overall business performance and operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Serve as the primary point of communication and coordination between SAP users and the SAP consultant/development team.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather SAP requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
* Manage, delegate, and monitor SAP consultant/developer tasks to ensure timely completion.
* Oversee the implementation of new SAP modules, cycles, and enhancement requests.
* Conduct regular status meetings to track progress, address challenges, and maintain alignment with business objectives.
* Propose new features and process optimizations to drive continuous system improvement.
* Ensure the quality and consistency of master data inputs across all departments.
* Monitor SAP system performance in conjunction with the SAP Basis Consultant.
* Supervise infrastructure activities, including backup operations, and conduct periodic backup restoration tests as per company policy.
* Coordinate SAP integration with third-party systems to ensure seamless operation.
* Provide assistance in the implementation of new digital projects outside of SAP as required.
* Support the design and generation of SAP reports based on business requirements.
* Develop and deliver SAP training to key users to promote system adoption.
* Ensure all SAP-related activities comply with company policies, security standards, and business priorities.”
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in SAP support, coordination, or key user roles.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, QM, and PP.
- Solid understanding of business process mapping and SAP best practices.
- Experience working with SAP Basis and infrastructure teams is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects.
- High attention to detail with strong focus on master data integrity and process accuracy.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SAP Applications Management and Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
