Our mission is to deliver authentic Egyptian olive oil to domestic and international consumers, restaurants, and markets.
**Job Description:**
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving revenue growth by securing significant contracts and establishing new business-to-business (B2B) channels within the following sectors: supermarkets and retail chains, food delivery applications, and the hospitality industry (hotels, restaurants, and catering services).
The ideal candidate will possess a substantial background in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)/food sales, with demonstrable experience in olive oil or analogous premium food products. A proven history of success and a robust professional network within the industry are essential.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement comprehensive B2B sales strategies to enhance market penetration.
* Utilize existing relationships with key buyers, distributors, and strategic accounts.
* Secure placement within major retail outlets, food chains, hotels, and relevant applications.
* Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and pricing negotiations.
* Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure cohesive messaging and promotional activities.
* Achieve ambitious sales objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Provide regular reports on market dynamics and competitive landscape.
Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales (FMCG or food sector)
- Must have an existing client base in retail, food service, or HORECA channels
- Preferably worked with olive oil, gourmet foods, or high-end consumables
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills
- Strong presentation and deal-closing ability
- Knowledge of pricing, logistics, and product registration processes
