**Responsibilities:**
* **Sales Development and Customer Acquisition:** Proactively identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities within specified customer segments, including orthodontic laboratories, Dental Support Organizations (DSOs), aligner brands, and private practices. Employ Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered lead generation tools to establish and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Execute targeted outreach initiatives via electronic mail, telephone communication, and virtual meetings, adapting communication strategies to accommodate diverse cultural and regional considerations (Europe, U.S.). Deliver professional presentations, proposals, and commercial offers that effectively address customer challenges and emphasize the unique value proposition of K Line’s Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) aligner solutions. Filter and validate mass lead generation data to prioritize leads aligning with predefined customer profiles and qualification criteria, thereby optimizing resource allocation. Consistently record and document all leads, contacts, and customer interactions within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure comprehensive visibility and precise tracking throughout the sales cycle, from initial lead generation to activation and onboarding. Oversee the entire sales process, encompassing lead qualification, engagement, negotiation, initial onboarding, and achievement of agreed-upon customer volumes. Upon attainment of steady submission levels by customers, seamlessly transition account management responsibilities to the Customer Experience team for sustained relationship management.
* **Account Management and Relationship Building:** Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned accounts, fostering enduring relationships with C-level executives and Director-level stakeholders. Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and performance updates to cultivate trust and strengthen customer loyalty. Function as a trusted advisor, positioning K Line as a strategic growth partner rather than solely a supplier.
* **Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Achievement and Reporting:** Consistently meet and exceed established KPIs, including the number of potential customers contacted, meetings scheduled, pricing proposals submitted, conversion rates, and revenue growth. Provide accurate weekly and monthly reports detailing progress, pipeline status, and forecasting.
* **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for all new clients. Partner with the Marketing team to develop and finalize customized packaging and branding solutions for private-label clients. Coordinate with the Production and Treatment Planning teams to ensure alignment between commercial commitments and operational capabilities.
* **Market Intelligence and Strategy:** Continuously monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and emerging aligner brands. Provide feedback and market insights to inform K Line’s commercial strategy, pricing models, and service enhancements. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
