We are looking for experienced, talented person to join our Middle East team as a Senior Sales Manager and potentialy a trainer later on. Hansen Beck is an international training company, headquartered in Germany, enjoying legacy of 59 years and present worldwide in 25 countries.

As Hansen Beck Senior Sales Manager and Trainer, you will:

– have full responsibility and ownership for achieving own sales results

– organise your work days on your own and under minimum supervision required

– lead workshops or training sessions with domestic and international companies in UAE

– invest at least 1 month per year for further personal development/ education within company

– respect and adhere to Hansen Beck quality standards

Desired Candidate Profile

What qualifies you for the role of Senior Sales Manager and Trainer at Hansen Beck?

– you’re a true Sales Hunter person who loves selling

– you demonstrate enthusiasm, passion and energy as a sales professional

– you have minimum 8 years of sales experience with proven track of record

– you’re able to identify a new business opportunity for your client and turn it to commercial success for both parties

– you speak English fluently, while Arabic language would be an advantage

– you hold university degree from reputable university

– your customer praise you for your ability to generate added Value for their business and for their people

– you’re seen as Influencer and Trusted Advisor by your clients, with excellent communication, presentation and problem solving skills

– you’re above 35 years of age and resident of the UAE

– you have a reach personal network in UAE as well in the rest of GCC that will support you growing your business successfully

– you require minimum or zero supervision
