We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic commercial team at One&Only The Palm. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies and cultivating client relationships within Southern Europe, Central Europe, and the Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions. This role requires a proven sales record in luxury hospitality, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to effectively represent our exclusive beachfront resort. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement customized sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets for assigned regions. Establish and maintain strong relationships with regional sales offices, key accounts, travel agencies, and partners to expand market share. Utilize exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels. Conduct thorough analysis of account production and demonstrate strong organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a results-oriented approach. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging business opportunities and trends within the managed regions. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful promotional campaigns and sales tools. Represent One&Only The Palm at select trade shows, roadshows, and key industry events. Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports for respective managed markets. Provide training and mentorship to junior sales staff to enhance team performance and operational efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the luxury hospitality industry, with a minimum of five years in a similar role. In-depth understanding of the Southern Europe, Central Europe, and APAC markets. Fluency in English and proficiency in multiple European languages (e.g., Spanish, French, Italian, or German) are essential. Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
