Job Description:**Option 1 (Focus on Responsibilities):**
The incumbent is responsible for: assessing client requirements and proposing tailored caravan/modular building solutions; preparing and delivering technical presentations to showcase product features and benefits; negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts in collaboration with management; providing after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction; generating leads, pursuing prospects, and cultivating strong customer relationships; conducting site visits to evaluate project needs; coordinating with design, production, and logistics teams to facilitate seamless project execution; maintaining awareness of market trends, competitive landscape, and new product offerings; and preparing sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates.
Skills:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
- Experience:
- 4 to 7 years of experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in caravans, prefab/modular buildings, or construction-related products.
- Strong portfolio of previous projects and client engagement is a plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong technical and analytical thinking.
- Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel.

- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple deals in parallel.
