We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to become a valuable member of our organization. The successful applicant will possess a robust understanding of engineering fundamentals coupled with a demonstrable aptitude for sales. This position necessitates the integration of technical proficiency and sales expertise to deliver innovative flooring solutions to our business-to-business clientele.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Technical Expertise:**
* Apply engineering principles to evaluate client requirements and propose appropriate flooring solutions.
* Provide technical assistance to clients, encompassing product demonstrations and troubleshooting.
* Collaborate with engineering departments to formulate tailored flooring solutions.
* **Sales Acumen:**
* Identify and cultivate new business prospects within the B2B sector.
* Establish and nurture strong professional relationships with key clients and partners.
* Negotiate contracts and pricing structures to optimize profitability.
* Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals.
* **Client Support:**
* Deliver exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns.
* Conduct on-site evaluations to assess project specifications and provide expert technical guidance.
* **Market Analysis:**
* Maintain current awareness of industry trends and technological innovations.
* Perform market research to pinpoint prospective clients and emerging market opportunities.

Skills:

Job Requirements:

Education:

○ Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, civil, or related field) or

equivalent.

Experience:

○ Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales engineering or a similar role.

○ Strong understanding of flooring materials, installation processes, and

industry standards.

Skills:

○ Excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

○ Strong communication and presentation skills.

○ Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant tools.

○ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Requirements:

○ Willingness to travel as needed.
