Job Description:**Job Title: Senior Sales Coordinator**

**Summary:**

The Senior Sales Coordinator will provide comprehensive support to the sales team, facilitating the efficient completion of sales processes from pre-sales documentation to post-sales fulfillment. This role encompasses the management of developer relationships, coordination with the Riyadh office, and provision of essential resources to the sales team, ensuring seamless operations and achievement of sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Developer Coordination:** Manage developer exceptions (discounts, unit availability, payment acknowledgements, etc.). Coordinate site visits. Arrange developer requirements from sales team (client documents, bank approvals, etc.). Responsible for Developer reporting and reconciliations.
* **Riyadh Office Coordination:** Assist in revenue recognition. Responsible for monthly revenue reporting against Target and commitments. Coordinate with Sales Development / Developers in Riyadh for all developer-related issues to support sales team and close deals. Report mortgage fees and convincing fees to Finance team in Riyadh. Communicate about Projects inventory, Promotions , New Project , Project Closures, policy changes (new or updated) to Jeddah team. Act as a bridge between Riyadh and Jeddah sales teams for effective resource mapping. Coordinate the sharing of leads between Riyadh and Jeddah considering project knowledge, consultant history, and communication effectiveness. Track and report lead activities with recommended actions on shared leads.
* **Sales Team Support:** Equip sales team with all necessary project and developer information. Resolve all sales team queries related to projects, inventory, pricing, discounts, and promotions. Assist in communication between Developers, Riyadh Sales Development team, and other support teams (BSE, Acquisition, Marketing, Finance) to drive sales growth. Responsible for documentation, contract drafting, and signing coordination with developers and clients. Be available through calls, WhatsApp, and emails for quick resolution of sales team issues. Share investor information with Riyadh Sales Development team after profiling and providing continuous updates. Propose system and process enhancements to improve sales process efficiency and reporting

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
* Minimum of three years of experience in operations, documentation, or customer service.
* Previous experience using CRM software/Apps (Preferred Salesforce)
* In-depth knowledge of sales operations and process re-engineering.
* Proficiency in MS Excel.
* Strong Operations Management Skills.
* Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
