The incumbent will be responsible for the following duties: providing personalized fashion consultations to clients; demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of tailoring procedures; exhibiting exceptional sales acumen, communication proficiency, and negotiation capabilities; cultivating enduring client relationships to foster repeat patronage; maintaining current knowledge of prevailing fashion trends and the company’s product portfolio; collaborating with the tailoring department to guarantee adherence to client specifications; addressing client inquiries pertaining to products, tailoring processes, and after-sales support; contributing to the maintenance of a presentable and orderly environment; participating in company events and promotional campaigns as required; and reporting to management personnel.
Skills:
As a Senior Sales Fashion Consultant, you will be the go-to person for all menswear related consultations. You will use your in-depth knowledge of the industry to advise clients, making them look their best while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the menswear or related sales field is required.
- Bachelor’s degree from an Advanced Options accredited university is required.
- Must have strong English language skills.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills are a must.
- Completion of military or other governmental obligations is required.
The ideal candidate should be well-presentable, with a keen sense of style and an eye for detail. You should also have a robust understanding of current fashion trends and the ability to tailor advice to individual customer needs.
