Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Talent Management Specialist located in Cairo. The Senior Talent Management Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies, partnering with management on recruitment strategy, sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring proper onboarding, enhancing employee engagement, and overseeing training and development programs. Day-to-day tasks include managing performance, planning succession, and ensuring effective employee development initiatives. Collaboration with various departments is essential to align talent management goals with company objectives.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in Human Resources or related fields
