- Taking responsibility for the recruitment process for the engineering department.
- Screening resumes and ensures that candidates meet the needed criteria, then schedule interviews.
- Designing competency matrixes.
- Attending interviews – prepare and fill the interview evaluation sheets.
- Keeping records of all resume data and interviewing process.
- Implementing and Updating the Policy and Procedures
- Conducting the job analysis and job descriptions.
- Creating and updating Organizational Charts.
- Responsible for Performance Appraisals
- Filing CVs and employees data
- Sending Job Offers, issue HR Letters
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any Relevant.
- Above 5 years of experience in Recruitment and OD Preferable in Real Estate / Engineering field.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English Language
- Excellent user of all Microsoft Applications.
- HR Diploma is a plus
