**Career Opportunity: Senior React Native Developer**
RA3D seeks a highly skilled and experienced Senior React Native Developer to spearhead the development of a high-quality and engaging mobile application. In addition to hands-on coding responsibilities, the incumbent will provide technical leadership for the mobile frontend, mentor junior engineers, and ensure the delivery of scalable, user-centric solutions. This role requires close collaboration with product, design, and technical leadership to develop a cross-platform application that enhances operational efficiency and provides a superior user experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead the development of a cross-platform mobile application utilizing React Native, ensuring adherence to best practices, optimal performance, and maintainability across iOS and Android platforms.
* Collaborate with UX designers, product management, and the technical lead to define technical requirements, architecture, and project deliverables.
* Develop and maintain reusable components and libraries to promote code quality and scalability.
* Oversee API and backend integrations to ensure robust data flow and consistent functionality.
* Conduct and lead code reviews, establish coding standards, and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
* Mentor and support junior developers, providing guidance on architecture, tooling, and problem-solving techniques.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives in mobile development processes, tools, and technologies.
* Partner with Product and UX/UI teams to translate user requirements into seamless user experiences.
* Ensure applications meet performance, security, and quality benchmarks through rigorous testing and debugging.
* Maintain comprehensive and current technical documentation for reference and knowledge sharing.
**Work Environment:**
Remote (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM KSA Time).
