Job Description
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
- Create adequate reports and documents, including data on bills, budget, number of items, and other associated parameters.
- Team up with supervisors, engineers, managers, and workers to meet client requirements of a construction project.
- Develop a systematic report on price estimates of different materials for a specific project.
( REVIT MANDATORY )
Skills
- A Good Working Knowledge of REVIT ( Mandatory ).
- Skilled in using digital tools and apps to simplify the quantity surveying process.
- Good command of interpersonal skills to extract the best output from different professionals working on a project.
- Well-versed in quantity surveying and all the vital parameters associated with the field.
