Job Description:**Quality Assurance Management Responsibilities:**
The incumbent shall be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of managed quality assurance systems, encompassing ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
* Establishing and upholding quality assurance protocols throughout the entire production lifecycle, from raw material procurement to finished goods, to guarantee product conformance and efficient resolution of customer grievances.
* Overseeing pre-production activities to proactively identify and rectify technical and quality discrepancies prior to product launch.
* Integrating Total Quality Management (TQM) principles across all organizational processes and operational practices to ensure the delivery of superior products and services.
* Implementing robust corrective action measures for all non-conformance incidents and conducting comprehensive root cause analyses to prevent future occurrences.
* Directing the establishment of internal quality benchmarks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure product quality consistently meets or exceeds customer expectations.
* Analyzing quality-related data and feedback at all stages of production, identifying critical areas for improvement, making informed decisions to address deficiencies, and meticulously documenting and communicating these decisions to relevant stakeholders to maintain uniform standards throughout the production process.
* Developing appropriate quality standards and tolerances, within acceptable quality limits, for raw materials and production processes to effectively surpass customer expectations.
* Facilitating the professional development of all stakeholders and cultivating a culture of quality awareness among employees to enhance their competencies and fulfill both organizational and customer demands.
**Additional Responsibilities:**
* Ensuring strict adherence to all relevant safety regulations and established standards at all times.
* Communicating and consulting with supervisors on identified issues, proposing effective and feasible solutions.
* Maintaining comprehensive documentation of all quality assurance activities and generating audit reports for management review.
* Providing recommendations for continuous process improvement initiatives.
* Developing comprehensive training materials and operational manuals to support and reinforce quality assurance initiatives.
Skills:
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical Production and design, Scince or related field
- Lean Six Sigma Certified.
- ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certified
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in quality management systems, such as ISO standards 9001 and 45001
- Proficient in process analysis, process modeling, process capability, statistical analysis, and Capacity calculation.
Knowledge:
- Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques, lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical analysis.
- Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance
- Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Assurance Specialist
