We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Quality Assurance Manager to join our organization. This position is critical to ensuring consistent adherence to internal quality benchmarks and the fulfillment of client expectations. The selected candidate will possess substantial experience in quality assurance, preferably within the furniture manufacturing sector.

**Responsibilities:**

* Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) conforming to industry best practices and organizational goals.
* Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Quality Assurance personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
* Establish and enforce quality control procedures and standards throughout the product lifecycle, from raw material acquisition to final product dispatch.
* Conduct routine internal audits, identify areas for enhancement, and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
* Collaborate with Research and Development, Production, and Supply Chain departments to integrate quality considerations into product design and manufacturing processes.
* Oversee the inspection and testing of incoming materials, work-in-progress components, and finished products to ensure adherence to specifications.
* Analyze quality metrics, identify trends, and generate data-driven reports for senior management review.
* Manage client feedback and complaints, ensuring comprehensive investigation and prompt resolution.
* Maintain current awareness of industry developments, emerging technologies, and evolving quality standards relevant to the furniture manufacturing industry.
* Participate in supplier qualification and evaluation processes to ensure the quality of raw materials and components.
