Job Description
We are Landscaping Contracting Co., a leading company specializing in Softscape and Hardscape projects. With a strong focus on medium, large, and mega-scale endeavors, we collaborate extensively with government and similar entities to deliver outstanding results. We are currently seeking professional Engineers to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
- Quality Assurance/Quality Control: Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications throughout construction projects.
- Inspection and Testing: Conduct regular inspections and testing of materials, equipment, and construction activities to verify compliance with project requirements and applicable regulations.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities, and generate reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Non-Conformance Management: Identify and document non-conformance issues, and work with project teams to develop corrective actions and preventive measures to address them.
- Compliance Monitoring: Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, drawings, specifications, and relevant codes and standards.
- Design Review: Review project designs, drawings, and specifications to identify potential quality issues, constructability concerns, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess QA/QC processes and procedures, and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality outcomes.
- Supplier and Contractor Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are met throughout the supply chain and construction process.
- Training and Guidance: Provide guidance and training to project teams, contractors, and site personnel on quality control procedures, best practices, and quality awareness.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
