We’re looking to hire 2 Senior property consultants for our 2 branches (New Cairo & sheikh Zayed).What we offer:8 working hours (from 10 to 6)5 working days (only 1 Saturday per month)Medical insurance.Very Healthy work environment & stability (turnover percentage less than 5%)Our company ranked 2nd for leads generation on “Property Finder” and Every sales person has data equals to other broker companies, That’s why we looking for someone responsible.What you’ll do:Produce new revenue by researching and analyzing potential prospects and sales options.Develop relationships with prospects and recommend solutions to improve their production through the use of your products. New leads may be generated through canvassing, cold calling, partner relationships, and customer referrals.Meet sales revenue targets.Develop, implement, and maintain sales activities and plansBuild and maintain long-term relationships with current clients and their management teams by providing information, guidance, and support; recommending service and profit improvements; and recommending new opportunities.Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for a successful close.Prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing information.
Job Requirements :
Experience in Real Estate is a Must.At least 1 year as a Senior sales, (or having a good CV and looking for career title)Experience in broker companies, mainly as a “Primary”Preferred to have a carResponsible & target orientedLove having fun despite being committed to the company rules.
