Job Description :

Job Summary:Coordinate, assist & support in all company initiatives/projects to ensure achieving the company strategic vision. Job DutiesCollect and Verify Requirements from all departments and stakeholders.Document & ensure the availability of all project documentation including but not limited to projects plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.Follow up project tasks with different stakeholders to meet projects Deadline.Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings, distribute minutes to all project team members & ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct Manager.Develop all needed Reports to be submitted to the direct Manager.Coordinate Projects Handover Process between all departments.Follow the instructions, requirements of the quality, safety and occupational health, the environment and road safety management system

Job Requirements :

Bachelor Degree in business or related field of study ( preferred in engineering)Project Management Certificate is a PlusPMP is preferred. 2 – 4 years experience in the project chain industry background is a Plus.Exceptional verbal, written presentation & communication skills.Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Microsoft ProjectKnowledge in file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.Ability to work on tight deadlines.
