The Strategic Consulting team in the Middle East is experiencing significant growth in sustainability, asset management, digital transformation, and transaction advisory services. To support this expansion, we are seeking a highly qualified Senior Project Manager to lead strategic consulting engagements in Riyadh, KSA.

The successful candidate will provide technical expertise in master planning, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, optimization studies, sustainability policy development, and independent reviews. The role entails delivering strategic analysis to clients, guiding significant investment decisions, and resolving complex technical challenges.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide technical guidance and expertise for strategic consulting projects.
* Develop and enhance technical and commercial acumen through project execution.
* Formulate innovative solutions to complex problems characterized by a lack of precedent or specific guidance.
* Develop specialized technical skills and integrate diverse specialist inputs to deliver comprehensive solutions.
* Collaborate with senior practitioners across the region and globally to support consulting engagements.
* Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project consulting goals and contribute to the broader Buildings and Infrastructure team objectives.
* Provide technical insights and strategic thinking to support front-end consulting projects across key target sectors, including Cities & Places, Buildings, Urban Planning, Transportation, Water, and Environment.
* Collaborate with Jacobs practitioners regionally and globally to refine and define service offerings and lead the strategic growth of this area.
* Provide key technical input and linkages to technical, economic, and financial consulting capabilities within Jacobs globally.
* Track and contribute to industry developments, ensuring Jacobs applies the latest technical advancements.
* Identify important areas for innovation and develop solutions that address industry challenges.
* Remain current on new methods and developments impacting Jacobs, recommending changes to current or new direction.
* Liaise with research bodies and leading technical individuals or organizations locally.

**Qualifications:**

* A degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field.
* A minimum of eight (8) years of proven experience as a technical professional, with significant experience in strategic consulting or advisory roles, preferably in a project management capacity.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality outputs within stringent deadlines.
* Thorough understanding of and adherence to company and client policies and procedures.
* Strong self-motivation and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, including virtual teams across multiple locations.
* Excellent analytical and logical reasoning skills.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Superior report writing capabilities.
* Previous experience within the Middle East or international consulting industry is highly desirable.
