The Senior Project Manager at Adree is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and successful completion of complex projects, aligning with the organization’s strategic objectives. **Responsibilities:**

* Spearhead project teams in the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions.
* Define comprehensive project scope, objectives, and deliverables in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Proactively identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
* Facilitate productive project meetings and ensure seamless communication among team members and stakeholders.
* Monitor project performance rigorously, leveraging data-driven insights to maintain project trajectory and adherence to timelines.
* Ensure strict compliance with established project management processes and stringent quality standards.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and team members, fostering their professional development and enhancing their skill sets.
* Contribute actively to continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process enhancements and promoting industry best practices.
* Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to senior management and stakeholders, providing clear and concise project updates.
* Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring project alignment with their evolving needs and expectations.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
* A minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in Project Management, demonstrating a consistent record of successful project delivery within a technology-driven environment.
* Comprehensive understanding of diverse Project Management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and industry best practices.
* Proficiency in utilizing industry-standard project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, Asana).
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to motivate and effectively guide project teams.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, enabling effective problem resolution and informed decision-making.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of organization.
* Experience in client-facing roles, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and consistent project alignment.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
