We are looking for a responsible Senior Project Coordinator to administer and organize all types of projects specially Hotels, Commercial and Mixed Use Buildings. Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Project Director to manage our resources, prepare timeframes and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling queries. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. Ultimately, the Project Coordinator’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate project management activities, resources and information.Ability to lead design projects from concept to completion.Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders.Work with the Project Director to eliminate blockers.Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.Manage all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement).Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, reports, etc.Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality tests.Review and monitor variation Orders.Maintain accuracy and attention to detail on a variety of projects simultaneously throughout the creative and production process.Work with many different in-house and out sourcing teams to develop designs for relevant projects.Coordination between architectural design, structure drawings and MEP drawings, (study the trades design, solve conflicts, manager solution for problem, highlight the missing items in design and integrate final product in final package).Perform regular meetings to review requirements and discuss design with all trades to achieve maximum efficiency on each package.Prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
Job Requirements :
10+ years of Experience in the same position or similar role.B.Sc. degree in Architectural Engineering from a reputable University.Fluent in written and spoken English.Proven work experience in Design management.Solid organizational and communication skills, including multitasking and time-managementFamiliarity with risk management and quality control.Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.Strong working knowledge of 2D, 3D CAD and BIM.
