Job Description:**Responsibilities include:**

* Leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes, reduce waste, improve yields, and enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
* Investigating and resolving complex manufacturing issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective corrective and preventative actions.
* Serving as a technical expert for production processes, providing guidance and support to production teams on process parameters, equipment operation, and quality standards.
* Participating in the development and implementation of new production processes, equipment selection, and process validation activities.
* Collaborating with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of production equipment and tooling.
* Working closely with the quality department to establish and maintain robust quality control procedures and ensure adherence to quality standards.
* Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting production data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and track the effectiveness of implemented changes. Preparing regular reports on production performance and improvement initiatives.
* Ensuring that all production processes and activities comply with safety regulations and company policies. Participating in safety audits and implementing safety improvements.
* Providing technical training and mentorship to junior engineers and production staff.
* Collaborating effectively with engineering, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to achieve production goals and resolve issues.
* Developing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation for production processes, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
