Manage the product backlog and guide scrum teams in prioritizing development endeavors. Contribute to go-to-market strategies in conjunction with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure efficacious product launches. Analyze product utilization and performance to continuously refine the product offering. Systematically evaluate and enhance delivery processes to optimize efficiency and quality in subsequent deliveries. Identify and comprehend customer requirements, translating them into actionable specifications for the development and delivery of superior products. Evaluate emerging products and companies to ascertain their potential value or threat to the organization and its product portfolio, providing recommendations regarding strategic investments in or utilization of novel technologies. Comprehend and analyze data pipelines, algorithms, and automated systems to ensure optimal product performance. Facilitate the creation and maintenance of comprehensive product documentation to ensure that thorough and accurate documentation is available for future reference.
