Job Description:**Option 1: Emphasizing Responsibilities & Accountabilities:**

“Responsibilities encompass leading the comprehensive product design process for novel office furniture concepts, from conceptualization through prototyping and final production stages. This involves close collaboration with Research & Development, Engineering, and Manufacturing departments to guarantee design feasibility and manufacturability. Furthermore, duties include conducting market research and trend analysis to facilitate innovative product development and sustain a competitive market position. The creation of detailed 2D and 3D design documentation, renderings, and specifications utilizing industry-standard design software is required. Oversight of prototype development and testing, incorporating iterative design refinements based on feedback and technical limitations, is also a key responsibility. Adherence to all relevant safety, ergonomic, and sustainability standards within product designs is paramount. Presentations of design concepts and progress reports will be delivered to internal stakeholders and executive leadership. Mentorship of junior designers and contribution to a culture of continuous improvement within the Research & Development department are expected. Concurrent management of multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic goals, is essential. Ongoing monitoring of emerging materials, technologies, and design methodologies relevant to office furniture and interior design is also required.”
