Job Description:**Option 1 (Formal):**

This critical role demands a seasoned professional capable of ensuring the efficient sourcing of materials and subcontractors to support the company’s ambitious project portfolio. The successful candidate will leverage their extensive procurement expertise and leadership capabilities to contribute significantly to the success of ACC’s transformational initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Sourcing & Vendor Management:** Identifying, evaluating, and qualifying potential suppliers and subcontractors; maintaining robust vendor relationships and monitoring performance against established metrics; preparing and issuing Requests for Quotation (RFQs), evaluating submitted bids, and formulating recommendations for supplier selection.
* **Procurement Execution:** Ensuring the timely procurement of materials and services in accordance with project schedules; preparing and processing purchase orders, subcontracts, and comprehensive procurement packages; negotiating terms, conditions, and pricing to achieve optimal cost-effectiveness and quality.
* **Technical & Commercial Evaluation:** Reviewing and interpreting technical specifications, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and engineering drawings; coordinating with technical teams to ensure alignment between procurement activities and project requirements; conducting cost analysis and value engineering exercises as necessary.
* **Compliance & Documentation:** Ensuring full compliance of all procurement activities with established company policies, procedures, and contractual obligations; maintaining meticulous and accurate procurement records and documentation; providing support during audits and contributing to reporting requirements.
* **Cross-functional Coordination:** Collaborating effectively with Planning, Engineering, Quantity Surveying (QS), Finance, and Site teams; providing regular updates on procurement status, identifying potential risks, and proposing mitigation strategies; supporting project tendering and contributing to cost control initiatives.

Skills:
What You’ll Bring to ACC
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or architectural engineering.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in construction or infrastructure procurement, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of local procurement practices.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus and MS Office.
