Job Description:**Responsibilities:**

* Conducting mass and heat balance calculations for process units.
* Updating Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), including drafting new issues.
* Performing process plant simulation and modeling.
* Managing Changes (MOC) by:
* Issuing work requests and purchase requisitions for all modifications.
* Participating in conceptual designs as an output of the MOC system.
* Contributing to the detailed design of new modifications.
* Troubleshooting by:
* Conducting analytical troubleshooting and participating as a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) team member.
* Documentation management, including:
* Reviewing and updating P&IDs and PFDs in accordance with Technical Department standards.
* Issuing data sheets for new modification items and updating the Document Control Center (DCC).
* Ensuring technical documentation is updated, maintained, and readily available.
* Generating and evaluating ideas through:
* Executing daily production sharing calculations and analyses.
* Validating statistical data and process improvements.
* Operational Safety responsibilities, including:
* Serving as a HAZOP (Hazard and Operability) team member and scribe.
* Supporting HAZOP worksheet generation.
* Project Support by:
* Advising the Project Technical Lead Engineer of potential design or scope changes.
* EH&S Focus by:
* Complying with all relevant health, safety, security, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure employee safety, legislative compliance, and environmental responsibility.
