Surbana Jurong (SJ), a preeminent global consultancy specializing in urban, infrastructure, and managed services, seeks a highly qualified Senior PMO professional to augment its aviation and infrastructure team in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. **Role Description:**

The Senior PMO professional will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining PMO governance frameworks, lifecycle stage gates, and reporting protocols. This individual will monitor program performance against established baselines, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and contractual obligations. Key responsibilities include leading the deployment and management of PMIS tools (e.g., Aconex, SAP, Unifier) to enhance project control and transparency, facilitating project reviews, risk assessments, and maturity evaluations utilizing models such as P3M3, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and decision-making support. Furthermore, the role encompasses driving continuous improvement of PMO processes and developing best-practice guidelines aligned with PMI, ISO 21500, PRINCE2, or equivalent standards, and preparing and delivering executive-level dashboards and reports utilizing tools such as Power BI and Visio.

**Essential Qualifications:**

Candidates should possess strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities, coupled with exceptional stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills. Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure and consistently meet stringent deadlines is essential. A proven track record of successfully supporting complex, multi-stakeholder programs within dynamic and demanding environments is required.
