Job Description:**Responsibilities:**

The incumbent will be responsible for providing advanced Plumbing and Fire Protection engineering expertise to the design team, ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. This includes leading the review and evaluation of designs, specifications, and plans for technical accuracy and feasibility; developing innovative solutions to complex engineering problems; creating detailed plans using advanced design software; ensuring seamless integration with other building systems; interpreting and applying relevant codes and regulations; implementing rigorous quality control processes; collaborating with project stakeholders; preparing comprehensive reports and documentation; identifying opportunities for technical improvement; mentoring junior engineers; and maintaining current knowledge of industry trends and technologies. Familiarity with Saudi codes and standards, especially civil defense requirements, is essential. Strong knowledge in medical gases systems and all healthcare special water supply and drainage systems, and good knowledge in infrastructure wet systems, specially storm water systems, is also required.
