تعلن الشركة عن توفر شاغر لوظيفة مهندس تخطيط ورقابة تكاليف أول، تتضمن مهامها الرئيسية قيادة عمليات التخطيط، والجدولة، وإعداد الميزانيات الخاصة بالمشاريع الإنشائية. تشمل مسؤوليات هذا المنصب مراقبة التقدم المحرز، وتحليل الانحرافات، وتقديم رؤى استراتيجية لضمان تسليم المشاريع في نطاقها المحدد، وفي حدود الميزانية والجدول الزمني المعتمدين.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Construction, or Industrial Engineering
- 7+ years of experience in project planning and cost control
- Proven expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Strong understanding of budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and earned value management (EVM)
- Familiarity with project controls tools and ERP systems
- Ability to generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
