AdFirst is seeking a highly qualified Senior Performance Media Buyer specializing in Meta and Google platforms. This is a remote position, with preference given to candidates residing in Egypt. The engagement may be structured as either full-time or a high-level part-time arrangement. Compensation will consist of a competitive base salary, commensurate with experience, supplemented by performance-based incentives.

**Desired Qualifications:**
The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of funnel architecture, data-driven experimentation, and creative strategy. Furthermore, the candidate should have proven experience in facilitating business growth from initial stages to substantial revenue generation, exceeding $200,000 per month. This role entails assuming ownership of the growth function, supported by a collaborative team of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) specialists, strategists, and creative professionals.

**Responsibilities:**
* Oversee client acquisition systems for DTC brands and service-based businesses across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms.
* Develop comprehensive media buying strategies aligned with brand objectives, target audience, and funnel stage.
* Construct and manage campaign structures across the Top of Funnel (TOF), Middle of Funnel (MOF), and Bottom of Funnel (BOF), incorporating iterative creative testing protocols.
* Collaborate with strategists, CRO specialists, and creative teams to implement comprehensive full-funnel campaigns.
* Monitor and optimize performance metrics, including Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate (CVR), Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER), and Average Order Value (AOV), based on specific business goals.
* Generate clear and strategic performance reports utilizing custom dashboards or internal templates.
* Identify and communicate actionable insights derived from creative assets, audience segmentation, placement optimization, and offer analysis.
* Formulate and execute scaling strategies, assuming responsibility for determining the appropriate timing and methodology for expansion.
* Maintain clear and proactive communication with internal team members and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) regarding progress, strategic adjustments, and resource requirements.

Skills:
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years in media buying (preferably Meta & Google) with proven results in DTC or performance-led service businesses
- Experience working with brands between $10k–$200k/mo revenue
- Ability to build campaign structures, test creatives, and optimize across all funnel stages
- Strong analytical skills — know how to read and manipulate performance data to extract insights
- Strategic thinker — understands that media buying is part of the funnel, not the whole funnel
- Understanding of creative strategy, hooks, messaging, angles, and how to work with designers or UGC creators
- Familiarity with Shopify, Meta Events Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, GoHighLevel, etc.
- Ability to build out launch plans, forecasts, and explain the “why” behind the decisions
- Fluent in English — clear written and spoken communication is essential
