- Lead and oversee all operational activities to ensure efficient and effective freight forwarding services.

- Manage, mentor, and motivate operational teams to achieve performance targets and maintain high morale.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.
