The incumbent is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of customized Odoo modules in accordance with defined business requirements. This position requires close collaboration with both technical and functional teams, ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems and optimization of overall system performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo modules utilizing Python and XML technologies.
* Enhance existing Odoo applications and ensure robust integration with external systems.
* Collaborate with Odoo implementers and functional consultants to effectively gather and analyze business requirements.
* Develop Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and web services to facilitate system integration and data exchange processes.
* Optimize the performance of Odoo applications and proactively troubleshoot technical issues.
* Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce adherence to established development standards, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
* Provide technical support, implement necessary bug fixes, and facilitate continuous system improvements.
* Maintain current awareness of the latest Odoo releases, features, and industry best practices.
