Responsibilities include participating in project bid evaluations, client meetings, and post-project reviews, providing expert advice on cost-related matters, analyzing deviations from budget, and contributing to the organization’s efforts to improve cost estimation methodologies and project profitability. The incumbent will meticulously review project specifications and related documentation to generate accurate cost calculations for diverse MEP construction and engineering projects. Continuous updating and monitoring of cost databases are essential to reflect current market trends, price variations, and regulatory changes, ensuring the integrity and reliability of cost assessments throughout the project lifecycle.”
