Job Description:Assuming the single style choice is **concise and direct**:
> Assume responsibility for the end-to-end mechanical design and development of new home appliance products. Manage engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product performance. Validate mechanical designs through analysis and simulation, ensuring regulatory compliance. Develop and review technical documentation for manufacturing. Implement design, material, and manufacturing improvements to enhance reliability and cost-effectiveness. Supervise and mentor junior engineers. Coordinate with suppliers to source components and resolve technical issues. Participate in product testing and failure analysis. Maintain awareness of relevant industry trends and best practices.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or electrical Engineering.
- Male
- 4 to 7 years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, preferably within the home appliances or consumer electronics industry.
- Proven track record of leading engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Experience with product lifecycle management and manufacturing processes.
- Solid understanding of materials science, thermodynamics, and mechanical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
