The Societal Impact Programs Team enables governments, foundations, and enterprises worldwide to achieve their societal impact objectives. This role offers a blend of project management and partnership/client management responsibilities. The incumbent will be responsible for developing, managing, tracking, and ensuring the success of our Societal Impact Programs. A key value driver in these programs is career outcomes; therefore, the ability to ensure that career outcomes are achieved, tracked, and communicated across government programs is critical. While technical expertise is not required, knowledge of the tech job market and the skills demanded within specific countries and regions is essential.
Performance will be measured by the effective management of existing partnerships and coordination with Udacity’s various sub-teams, including business development, student experience, and operations, as well as external global partners and other stakeholders, to ensure partner success, student outcomes, and broader societal impact.

**Responsibilities**
* Serve as a project/program manager for large-scale projects involving government entities, semi-government entities, enterprises, and donor corporations, primarily in the Middle East, with a focus on the UAE and KSA (and the GCC more broadly, if needed).
* Manage senior clients and partner teams directly and independently.
* Oversee the end-to-end execution of Societal Impact and Enterprise programs.
* Measure, analyze, and report on program impact outcomes while tracking against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction, focusing on customer loyalty and driving strong renewal and upsell rates.
* Coach customers to become product experts and train their teams on Udacity methodologies to promote self-sufficiency.
* Identify common customer challenges and proactively propose improved solutions.
* Problem-solve and conceptualize program elements to achieve desired outcomes.
* Manage the pre-launch processes of Societal Impact and Enterprise programs.
* Liaise between internal and external stakeholders at key milestones to deliver strong program outcomes.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and Udacity’s student experience team, addressing concerns and suggestions and resolving any issues.
* Support career-building initiatives.
* Establish and cultivate relationships with local government and semi-governmental entities, NGOs, top-tier technology firms, and universities to develop and implement training programs on a large scale.
* Contribute to quarterly and annual revenue and user targets generated through partnerships.
* Nurture and maintain relationships with integrity and professionalism.
**Qualifications**
* Required: Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in end-to-end project management, partnerships, and client management, preferably in consulting, education/training, or technology.
* Experience working with government and semi-governmental entities in the UAE and KSA.
* Demonstrated analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Comfort in manipulating large data sets and developing insightful presentations.
* Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders across diverse geographies.
* Ability to effectively engage with mid- to senior-level stakeholders and independently interface with partner teams.
* Ability to identify opportunities quickly, collaborate with multiple team members, and influence decision-makers.
* Capacity to drive initiatives, execute independently, and demonstrate resourcefulness.
* Strong organizational and documentation skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple work streams concurrently.
* Adaptability and curiosity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Passion for learning and opportunity, digital transformation, and technology-related projects.
* A collaborative team player who enjoys seeking and providing assistance when necessary.
* Willingness to travel within the GCC region, if necessary, and occasionally regionally/globally.
