Job Description:Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a qualified Senior Manager – Residential Procurement (Del 430) to spearhead procurement activities for residential projects within its development portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing procurement strategies that guarantee the efficient, cost-effective, and timely acquisition of goods and services, while maintaining adherence to quality standards.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: developing and executing procurement strategies aligned with residential project requirements; coordinating with project teams to identify procurement needs and deliver solutions; managing supplier selection and negotiation processes; conducting market research to inform procurement decisions; overseeing contract management; mentoring and leading the procurement team; and preparing reports for senior management.
Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred), and a minimum of ten years of experience in procurement, with specific expertise in residential construction or real estate development. Demonstrated leadership abilities, strong negotiation skills, analytical acumen, exceptional communication skills, knowledge of procurement best practices, and proficiency in relevant software are essential.
