The Senior iOS Developer will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of advanced iOS applications. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and backend development, to deliver innovative features and enhancements that align with business objectives and user requirements. The successful candidate will produce clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to iOS development best practices.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing clear, readable, and robust code to ensure high quality and maintainability.
* Communicating effectively with senior personnel to clarify expectations and elicit project requirements.
* Investigating and resolving complex technical issues and defects to maintain system functionality and performance.
* Analyzing technical issues and user needs to develop effective solutions and improve overall system architecture.
* Employing an agile methodology to manage tasks and adapt efficiently to changes throughout the project lifecycle.
* Implementing necessary modifications to existing designs to address issues, incorporate feedback, or meet evolving requirements.
* Providing mentorship and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth and contribute to team success.
* Possessing a strong understanding of ISO 7816 and 8583 standards for card acceptance and APDU command execution.
* Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of application security, PCI best practices, and cryptography.
* Experience integrating with established payment gateways is a desirable asset.
