Job Title: Senior Interior Designer Job Description: IFZA Dubai is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to contribute to the design and execution of luxury residential villa projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in conceptual development, high-end detailing, and a demonstrated ability to translate design visions into immersive and luxurious realities. The Senior Interior Designer will lead the design process from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring all details reflect IFZA Dubai’s commitment to elegance, craftsmanship, and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Lead the complete design process for luxury residential villas, encompassing conceptual sketching through to final detailing. Develop unique and refined interior design concepts that align with the brand vision and cater to client lifestyles. Select high-end materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and bespoke elements to enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the spaces. Translate creative direction into compelling presentations and mood boards to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders. Produce high-quality 3D models using industry-standard software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit. Create photorealistic Lumion renderings, animations, and walkthroughs to accurately convey design intent and showcase the luxurious atmosphere. Manage visualization timelines to ensure accuracy, realism, and a luxury-level quality in all visual representations. Prepare detailed drawings, FF&E specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to facilitate accurate procurement and construction. Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to maintain design integrity throughout the project lifecycle. Review shop drawings, prototypes, and mock-ups to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards. Ensure all designs comply with project standards, schedules, and budgetary constraints. Effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and internal team members to ensure project success. Requirements: Minimum of 8 years of experience in interior design, with a specific focus on luxury residential projects. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Photoshop, and Adobe Suite. Proven experience in developing luxury villa interiors and high-end residential projects. A portfolio showcasing elegant, creative, and detailed luxury villa projects. Experience working with high-net-worth clients is considered an asset. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple high-end projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive approach to project management.
