Job Description:**Option 1 (Focus on Leadership and Strategy):**
Spearhead the strategic development and implementation of impactful visual designs for both digital and print platforms; collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to formulate creative solutions aligned with brand standards and organizational objectives; oversee the entire design lifecycle, from initial conceptualization through final delivery, maintaining rigorous quality control; mentor junior design staff, cultivating a collaborative environment conducive to innovation and professional growth; present design strategies and concepts to key stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine deliverables; manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely completion and meticulous attention to detail; maintain proficiency in current industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective design solutions; develop and maintain visual assets, templates, and style guides to support ongoing marketing and communication efforts; collaborate closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive visual messaging; and ensure all design work adheres to accessibility standards and is optimized for various platforms and devices.
Skills:
- 5-7 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work.
- Proven ability to lead design projects from concept to completion in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and support junior team members.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and feedback.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a home-based setting.
