Job Description:RUSHBRUSH INC. is seeking a highly motivated and imaginative Senior Graphic Designer to augment the Art team within its expanding Marketing Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key accountabilities and duties:
**Key Accountabilities:**
* Conceptualize and develop professional-grade designs and layouts for promotional collateral.
* Generate visual concepts, utilizing both manual and digital techniques, to effectively communicate ideas.
* Serve as a liaison between the Marketing and Design teams to ensure adherence to project deadlines.
**Duties:**
* Design graphic content, illustrations, and infographics.
* Manage graphic design projects from inception to final delivery.
* Review the work of junior designers to maintain quality standards.
* Develop innovative and original concepts.
* Design website pages and banners.
* Collaborate with developers to review and refine website content.
* Process Media Buying requests.
* Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product range and provide designs/plans as required.
* Oversee the creation of print advertisements, including brochures, flyers, and billboards.
* Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing initiatives.
* Execute any tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Skills:
Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 2-4 years of experience in graphic designing
- Very good level of English writing and speaking
- Working experience with image design tools (Photoshop, Adobe In design, Illustrator)
- Always updated with new tools and technology
