Job Description:**Responsibilities include:**

* Spearheading the creation of innovative and impactful designs for all marketing collateral.
* Collaborating with the marketing communications team to ensure design alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
* Assuming responsibility for the visual direction across all marketing communications platforms, with a focus on enhancing the website’s visual appeal and engagement.
* Managing the design process from conceptualization to final production, effectively prioritizing and executing multiple projects within demanding timelines.
* Maintaining rigorous quality control standards for all publicity materials to ensure adherence to excellence prior to dissemination.
* Staying abreast of current design trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to maintain cutting-edge and impactful design work.
* Contributing actively to brainstorming sessions by generating innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
* Collaborating with the Marketing Communications Manager to provide insights on booth designs and assist in the execution of company events in conjunction with external agencies.
* Negotiating effectively with production houses to secure favorable terms and maintain quality consistent with the brand’s image.
* Leading the design and production of creative promotional items, such as giveaways and stationery, that align with marketing strategies and create a lasting impression.
